Welcome to UecoHub, operated by Ueco Entertainment Private Limited. By accessing, downloading, or using our mobile application and services, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately cease using the application.

UecoHub is a digital platform designed to facilitate collaboration between Users (Clients) and Creators (Influencers). Users can browse creator profiles, review performance metrics, and hire creators for promotional content generation through our systematic booking system. Influencers can register, showcases their media packages, manage digital deliverables, and secure brand collaborations directly through the application.

To access the platform's core features, you must register an account using Google Authentication or an OTP-verified mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized account use or security breach.

Users and Influencers agree to interact with the platform and each other in a professional, lawful, and ethical manner. You shall not upload, post, or transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, fraudulent, violates intellectual property rights, or breaches community standards. Any attempt to bypass the platform's booking or payment infrastructure to avoid commercial fees is strictly prohibited.

All platform design tokens, source code, user interface graphics, proprietary databases, and corporate trademarks belong exclusively to Ueco Entertainment Private Limited. Content uploaded by creators for verification or profile portfolio remains under their baseline ownership; however, creators grant UecoHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display such materials for functional in-app operations and administrative audits.

All payments for booking a creator are handled securely via our integrated third-party payment gateways. UecoHub operates on a professional commission-based model. Our platform deducts a specific commercial commission fee from the baseline hiring amount for rendering escrow infrastructure, operational tracking, and platform services. The remaining finalized balance is automatically distributed and released directly to the creator's wallet. Users can choose to purchase premium premium tier subscription plans (Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly) to unlock expanded functional features, advanced analytical toolsets, and minimized operational commissions compared to standard free tier tiers.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ueco Entertainment Private Limited, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your platform interactions. We explicitly act as an intermediary infrastructure provider and assume no legal liability for contractual disputes, late media deliveries, or content performance metrics negotiated between individual users and creators.

We reserve the absolute right, without prior notice or legal liability, to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate your account access if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activities, or disrupt system-wide operations. Upon termination, your right to use the platform's services will immediately cease.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
